Sweet Thorn Retreat – Campsite
Sweet thorn retreat offers a comfortable place to stay. The lodge is located between Windhoek and the international airport of Windhoek. The main building is located near the river and offers a nice view of the Seeis valley.
Sweet Thorn Retreat offers seven fully equipped ‘Meeru’ tents and three spacious camping pitches. There is plenty of shade, a children’s pool and a small playground. There is a bbq place where you can enjoy a freshly prepared bbq in the evening.
The dining room has a well-stocked bar and overlooks the pool. Above the bar is an open viewing platform where guests can enjoy sunsets and at night can watch stars well. Often, antilopes can be seen at the illuminated well.
