Popa Falls

Do not expect grand waterfalls at Popa Falls, but a number of small rapids in the Kavango River. This river later forms the Okavango Delta in Botswana. The area is ideal for beautiful walks and birdwatching. A mokoro trip is also among the options here.

The Popa Falls are surrounded by breath-taking nature and the east side of the waterfalls has a particularly special view. It is possible to see hippos here in the evenings.
